The Modding DLC grants you total control to reshape the world within the game. This tool allows you to create and play custom scenarios (over 800 already shared), modifying every aspect: from a country's economic data and diplomatic relations to world geography (merging nations, declaring independence) and history (creating scenarios from 1900). Furthermore, you can play as the Opposition (legal or illegal), create clandestine groups, and design detailed missions via scripts that trigger wars, disasters, or elections. Customize units, quell riots, and plan complex actions to build or destroy the world order. Examples include the Arctic Wars and The End of Europe scenarios.
